I chose another currency, why are the jackpots different?
LuckyLottos.com is by default displaying all jackpots in Euro (€) currency. When choosing to display LuckyLottos.com in another currency, certain jackpots will seem slightly smaller or larger than their original value due to our system converting the amount twice. If you have chosen another currency and the jackpots display inconsistently to their original value, the Euro value will override the chosen currency in case of winnings. In the event of a jackpot win, you will be paid in accordance with the original Euro value, as displayed on the website.
Is there a minimum withdrawal amount on my winnings?
There is a minimum withdrawal amount on all player winnings of €10.00. There is no charge by LuckyLottos.com for withdrawals of winnings over this minimum amount.
Do you charge any commission on winnings?

Why is my account suspended?
There are several reasons for an account to be suspended by our internal system. Most often, this occurs if you have registered details which do not match with the usage of your account.
